2. Professional Status & Facility Operations

Mr Lebur Rohman provides private orthopaedic consultation, diagnostic assessment, non-operative management, and surgical procedures as an independent medical practitioner registered with the UK General Medical Council (GMC).

Your care contract for hospital facility usage, nursing care, theatre equipment, and inpatient stays is directly between you and the respective hospital facility. Mr Rohman's professional services are provided separately under an independent clinical contract.

4. Consultations, Fees & Payment Terms

Patients seeking private consultation with Mr Lebur Rohman may attend on a Self-Pay or Insured basis.

A. Self-Paying Patients

• Consultation Fees: Standard consultation fees (initial and follow-up) apply and will be communicated prior to your appointment.
• Diagnostic & Hospital Fees: Hospital facility charges (e.g., MRI scans, X-rays, blood tests, physiotherapy) are billed separately by the hospital provider (Woodlands Hospital or Tyneside Surgical Services) unless explicitly quoted as an inclusive fixed package.
• Payment Schedule: Consultation fees and self-pay surgical procedure fees must be settled prior to or on the day of service as instructed by the practice or hospital finance department.

B. Private Medical Insurance (PMI) Patients

• Patients utilizing private medical insurance (e.g., Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, WPA) must obtain pre-authorisation from their insurer prior to attending initial consultations, diagnostic imaging, or surgical procedures.
• It remains the patient’s ultimate responsibility to ensure that their insurance policy covers Mr Lebur Rohman’s professional fees and hospital facility costs.
• If an insurer declines payment, applies an excess, or caps reimbursement, the patient remains fully liable for settling any outstanding balance.

5. Cancellations & Non-Attendance Policy

Outpatient appointment slots are dedicated clinical time. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 to 48 hours' notice by contacting the practice or hospital appointments team.

• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (No-Show) may incur a cancellation fee up to the full consultation rate.
• Surgical procedure cancellations are subject to the specific cancellation terms set by the hosting hospital facility (Woodlands Hospital or Tyneside Surgical Services).

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including logo designs, custom branding elements, clinical text descriptions, custom UI code blocks, and media—is the exclusive intellectual property of Hip2Knee Clinic and Mr Lebur Rohman, unless stated otherwise.
